UFO Online Payment Monitoring System

As UFO is now one of the largest independent freight networks in the world, we feel it is our responsibility to encourage healthy cash flow within our network and to prevent late payments, which is why in 2009; we launched the Online Payment Monitoring System.

 

The system has been developed especially for UFO using sophisticated technology. Once logged in, each Member can add, view and edit details of open invoices. The system automatically sends a fortnightly statement to every Member detailing any open invoices and highlighting their due date.

 

For confidential reasons, Members are not able to view each other’s accounts. However, the information is available to the UFO Head Office who use the system as a framework to manage and continually optimise credit risk within our network.

 

UFO management are happy to report that our Online Payment Monitoring System, Default Alert procedure, strict Code of Conduct together with our sense of family, the fact that we meet one another once a year, mean that our Members behave in a decent manner towards their fellow UFO partners and understand that paying on time and operating in a professional manner results in repeat business and excellent relations. Therefore, we hold an excellent record of financial stability within our network.
