This page was created in order to provide a useful reference for our Members when they are contacting their fellow UFO oversea partners.

The future of international freight forwarding technology lies in the adoption of Internet-based solutions. Working together in over 105 countries, in various time zones and using different systems, can sometimes lead to communication delays.

We consulted with external experts and created an online program www.myUFO.org, designed to unite our 320+ offices. The system unifies all our members, no matter what country or computer system used. The object of the web-based system is to simplify the management and tracking of rate requests between Members.

	Before joining the UFO in 2004, we had almost resigned ourselves to always subcontracting our shipments. In the process we not only got short-changed on commissions but were also rewarded with sometimes very shody service! We could not change the way these guys did things because we were not part of them. Then we got wind of UFO and, suddenly, a new and exciting way of doing business began for us.
